If you™re looking for a high-quality nursing education, you™ve come to the right place. Our program offers one of the highest numbers of clinical hours in Canada, giving students extensive hands-on experience. We recently received a full seven-year accreditation”the highest possible”from the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN) for the fourth consecutive time, a true gold-star rating.

Each year, we admit over 350 students into the four-year and three-year Accelerated Option (AO) of the BScN (Collaborative) Program.

Four-Year Option

This option is offered at six locations:

• Faculty of Nursing (MUNFON) “ St. John™s Campus
• Centre for Nursing Studies (CNS) “ St. John™s
• Western Regional School of Nursing (WRSON) “ Corner Brook (Grenfell Campus)
• FON satellite sites in Gander, Grand Falls-Windsor, and Happy Valley-Goose Bay

Three-Year Accelerated Option (AO)

The AO is designed for students who already have at least 30 credit hours of university-level courses. It is currently offered at WRSON in Corner Brook.

We are committed to providing exceptional nursing education in a supportive, collaborative learning environment. Students develop essential nursing skills in labs such as the Learning Resource Centre, and engage in team-based learning in the Cahill Nursing Simulation Room”all designed to prepare them for real-world clinical practice.
