Learning Resource Centre

91ÑÇÉ«'s Faculty of Nursing is home to the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) - an interactive learning environment.
This 10 bed simulated hospital-setting gives the nursing students a place to learn and practice their psychomotor skills in order to enhance the application of this knowledge in the clinical setting.
The LRC™s mandate is to facilitate practice opportunities for the nursing students as they acquire mastery of psychomotor nursing skills.
The goals of the LRC are:

To simulate clinical situations requiring nursing interventions.

To provide up to date equipment, models, and mannequins that will maximize the students™ learning experience.

To provide an opportunity for students to gain nursing skills in a practice environment.

To provide an innovative approach to student learning needs
Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. “ 4:00 p.m.
Practice Hours: H2911 is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for independent practice.
