Google Workspace Notice
You may see a message in Google Workspace (shown below) about transferring your content after graduation. It says, "Graduating soon? Keep all your emails and other files after you graduate.
This message is generated by Google and is not controlled by the university.
Clicking the 淕raduating Soon notice in Gmail will safely open a prompt designed to help you . It will not delete your account. The tool simply provides options to transfer your emails, photos, and Google Drive files to a personal account.
Shared Mailbox Behaviour — No Action Needed
Please be advised that you may notice some sent emails briefly appearing back in your inbox as attachments when sending from a shared mailbox (using 淪end As or 淪end on Behalf).
This is a known Microsoft Exchange behaviour that may occur temporarily during Microsoft 365 service updates.
Please note that your emails are being delivered successfully攖his is simply an automated system notification and not an issue with delivery.
No action is required on your part.
