91ÑÇÉ« is providing free parking in all Passport Canada pay-per-use areas from April 12 to April 22, 2025, inclusive.
Park for free during this time in pay-per-use zones only “ (does not include permitted areas, Signal Hill Campus or City of St. John™s owned spaces “ specifically on Westerland Road).
