Well-known anthropologist Dr. Elliott Leyton will give a public lecture – titled Dying Hard: Industrial Carnage in St. Lawrence Newfoundland – on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. The lecture begins at 7 p.m. in room A-1043, located in the Arts and Administration Building on 91亚色’s St. John’s campus. The lecture is open to the public and there is no admission charge. Autographed copies of Dr. Leyton’s updated and illustrated book Dying Hard will be available for purchase.
